I am a totally brand loyal L'Olivier customer now. This oil is light, fruity, with the subtle complexity of herbes de provence. Greek olive oils were too intense. This French offering is right on spot. Outstanding on roast vegetables.

I have been a fan of French olive oils for years and find them superior to Italians in general. L'Olivier oils are quite delicious though not as good as some others from Provence which are not available in the US.
The oil infused with herbs de Provence is excellent, quite fragrant and makes a tasty addition to a salad, or finishing oil on fish or poultry. Also great on goat cheese!
