This is the most versatile and flavorful seasoning I've ever used. It goes with virtually everything (well, except sweets of course...) and I use it in pretty much everything.
It lends a richness and flavor that you absolutely cannot get with salt and individual spices alone. The richness of the flavor reminds me of when you sautee spices in butter which releases and enhances the flavors of the spices. That is what this seasoning is like.
From what I understand they take veggies and spices & put them in salt water, it evaporates leaving the salt which has absorbed all the flavors of the veggies and spices. It is really really good!

My daughter and husband insist on using this seasoning in many of the foods we prepare regularly. We use it instead of regular salt, and really, it is all you need. It is not real spicy, yet gives a nice, robust addition to any dish, whether it is a salad, poultry, veggies, meat or fish. It is well made, and if I remember correctly, it is kosher.
We could not find it for quite a while at our local health food stores, of which there are many, believe me...also, this is a great price.

Herbamare and Trocomare are staples that are on my counter, used with almost every meal preparation. Besides the fact that it is organic (which means not gmo, not irradiated among other things)it contributes to health. Our nutritionist first introduced us to these four years ago and have not been without since.

I received this product today and put a small amount in my palm to taste. It had a slight kick to it but otherwise my palate missed all the richness, etc. that other reviewers have noted. It tasted salty w/ a bit of warm spice. I then sprinkled some on mixed vegetables and microwaved them. Typically I use only lemon juice from a fresh lemon and a heaping teaspoon of salted butter. The gentle spiciness was welcomed, but the vegetables tasted a bit too salty. I rarely use added salt except for pasta and popcorn, or when a recipe calls for it, so others may find it is their usual level of saltiness. I applaud the manufacturing process of this product, particularly since it is certified organic. Would I purchase again, probably not, but then in retrospect I think my expectations were that this product would be more of an organic version of Mrs. Dash.

This is a great product, helped me to give up table salt and adds so much flavor to all my recipes. The only downfall is in the packaging...the last 2 orders sent, were not wrapped properly by Amazon and lost 1/2 of two bottles in the box. Hoping that Amazon has corrected that problem.
