It is a tasty mustard, but you can really taste the Red Pepper, which overwhelms the flavor of the Mustard and Horseradish.

Straight away, I am a mustard junkie. A few years back, I visited New York's Katz and had gone insane trying to find the mustard the have on every single one of their tables. I am not sure that this is it, but it is pretty darn close. It backs some good heat, but nothing that anyone should have any issue with. Great flavor, perfect for corned beef, pastrami, ice cream....anything mustard goes on.
