Great stuff!Dec 18, 2009
By Detour If you love a toothy, gluten free pasta, this is the stuff for you. If you eat it often, however, he best way to buy it is in bulk because, otherwise, it's prohibitively expensive.
Yes, you do need to cook it a little longer than other pastas, but no, you don't need to pick out the orange ones, as another reviewer stated. If you cook the stuff to death, they'll all fall apart. If you don't, you'll be fine.
Great bargain. It's hard for me to find this locally and, when I do, it's very expensive. I think I figured out I was saving around $15 by buying bulk, and I'm happy.

Great stuff, and glad to have the option to buy in bulkAug 14, 2008
By D. Henry Ancient Harvest makes a fantastic product. I have found that boiling the pasta for a solid 5 minutes (as opposed to 6 to 9) will make for a firm pasta that may be reheated without losing its consistency.

Great value for the cost...Jul 05, 2008
By Boris & Natasha Very tasty. Make sure you cook it al dente, which will be a bit longer than regular pasta. Much better value than buying it locally.

Tastes like pastaJul 27, 2010
By Psychologist, Fl This does taste like pasta. The pieces only break apart if you cook it too long, which is what I intentionally did to make it softer. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was due to packaging. It came in a plastic bag which is unsanitary. It also did not have nutritional information on it. That is unacceptable, but a good product.
