We've made the stronganoff a couple of times now and the family likes it. We add 1/4 lb ground beef (more for flavor), 8 oz sliced mushrooms and 1 small sliced onion. Great quick dinner.

My husband really, really likes this stroganoff meal. There is never enough left in the skillet for me to have second helpings -- he'd eat the entire box if he could! I do recommend browning the meat before adding the mix. Also, very lean hamburger (93% lean) doesn't have the flavor that an 85% lean meat has, so save some money there and enjoy the flavor more. I did use a steak for one of the meals, though, and that worked pretty well, too. So if you want to "upscale" the dinner you can certainly do that. This is a good quick dinner for workdays.

This is one of the best quick beef stroganoff meals I have had. Love the fact that not only is it yummy, but it is good for you without the preservatives. Yeah Annie!!

Made this last night. Very tasty, and so easy. Plus, it's all organic. Use with very lean ground beef, and you have a healty version of stroganoff to feed your family.

I was hesitant to order 6 boxes of this item, as we had never tried it, but I was really happy with my purchase. This is a hearty and delicious meal that is super fast to prepare. It has a creamy but slightly chewy texture, and a really nice tang to it. We add onion and chopped veggie crumbles to it for a very filling meal. We liked it so much, that I plan to buy more, and to try other offerings by the same brand.
