Amazing!Mar 01, 2009
By M. L. Smith I tried this dressing at the salad bar in Whole Foods and it is delicious! It has a fine chunky texture to it and the flavor is out of this world without the vinegar being too overpowering. I highly recommend it!

Delicious and Versatile!Feb 25, 2011
By J. Phillips If you love the flavor of roasted red bell peppers, you cannot miss with this dressing! I have received several shipments of this on S&S and still adore it now as much as the very first bottle. I use it in some way every day. This is unusual for me. I am one who usually grows tired/bored with things quickly and craves variety. This is a notable exception. The most striking thing for me about this dressing, besides the obviously above-average ingredient list, is the fact that this dressing is not at all bitter, as many RRBP dressings tend to be sometimes. That said, it is not overly sweet, either. It truly does capture the true flavor of RRBPs, in all their delicious glory.
The consistency is great; not too thick, not too thin. It is thicker than a typical vinaigrette but not as thick as something like a ranch, for example; it's somewhere in the middle. The other thing to get excited about with this dressing is its versatility! I not only use it for salads, but also as a marinade, for basting/saucing meats while cooking on my grill pan, a dipping sauce, and an add-in flavor enhancer/booster for countless other things. It is that good.
As another reviewer mentioned, this is one of those items I am also not happy to run out of. Seriously. Yes, these bottles are huge, but if you love and use this dressing as much as I do, you will mow through it unbelievably quickly. I find myself reaching for it all the time and, as I said, not just for salads. The flavor is impeccable, fresh, the perfect balance of sweetness/acidity. Best of all, it boasts awesome, true roasted red bell pepper flavor. My favorite dressing/marinade, hands down, all-time.

Oh... this is the BEST!May 14, 2010
By Chris S. Wow! I found this in the health food aisle of my local grocery store, decided to give it a try, was amazed at how great it tasted, used it up almost immediately, and then nearly cried when the local store had already run out and didn't restock it for weeks. Then, unexpectedly, I came across it on Amazon. The price looked a little high, but I was so eager to replace the regular-sized bottle that I went ahead and ordered. Guess what? These aren't regular sized at all -- these are wholesale, food-service-sized bottles. HUGE! No taller than a milk jug, so they'll fit in the fridge wherever a milk carton will fit, as well as on their side on a small shelf if the tall shelves are already full (the bottle cap doesn't leak, so that works). A great deal for the money, and also incredibly convenient, keeping me from running out and crying again. :)
The taste is fresh, flavorful, and full, with no off flavors and no unpleasant separation of solids and watery liquid in a salad. It adheres beautifully to heavy mixed greens, tomatoes, whatever. We recently used a 3-way server with ladles to offer guests at a formal dinner party 3 different salad dressings, the other 2 of which are very popular in our community. To our surprise, all but one of them chose this when hearing the description of it, and all who did absolutely raved. The one holdout said he had obviously made a mistake and would try it the next time, which may be sooner than he thinks, because his wife got the name and was going to buy it.
Will never let myself run out of this again. Yeah, Amazon!!!
Not veganMay 27, 2011
By Mark I don't know if they changed the formula or if I just didn't notice before but this dressing is sweetened with honey so it's not vegan.
The dressing is not one you'll crave like Annie's Goddess but it's one of the better tasting lower calorie dressings. It was my main salad dressing until I noticed the honey so I won't be getting it anymore.
To Annie's: If you must sweeten this dressing, please switch to agave.
