This jerky is entirely ok. It makes for a good snack but the flavor and consistency are just so-so. Some pieces are rock hard, others are just right, but all of them have a pretty bland taste, especially for Teriyaki. It was fun to try, but it's a far cry from replacing the jerky I get at Jerky Hut.
