 Great serum for day or nightJan 31, 2012

I have been using this serum for over 3 months now and I am really liking it! I bought it to help minimize redness (i have moderately sensitive skin that is combination) and smooth my skins' texture while helping to fight free radicals to prevent/minimize fine lines. It has exceeded my expectations. It helps to minimize breakouts during the month and has given me an overall youthfulness I was lacking. I use it in the a.m. under my SPF lotion and never feels greasy, just feels as if I gave my skin a drink- less than a minute to soak in and then I go about the rest of my routine. I recommend to anyone wanting to try this product. The bottle should last me nearly 4 months so that is a great price, too! Bought mine through Vitacost.

I am a big fan of the Avalon Organic Lavender line; it pretty much saved my face when I turned 40 and my face decided to explode like a volcano leaving me with blotches, fine lines, dry patches, break-outs, massive pores etc...I have been already delighted with all the other Avalon Organic ultimate moisturizer, daily spf18, toner etc so I decided to try this. I did not expect my face to even look any brighter or softer then it already did but this serum truly made my skin look more even toned, softer looking and it smooths out fine lines especially in combo with the moisturizer (you know the dreaded #11 on your forehead). The great thing about this serum is that with other serums they always say one drop is enough, well yeah that is if your face is about the size of an appel. But with this serum truly one or two drops covers your face entirely. I do not use it everyday just as an extra treatment once or twice a week or if I do not feel like using a moisturizer I just apply this, it has enough oil for moisturizing. It makes my face oh so soft and smooth looking. And again it is excellent for people who suffer from break outs. Honestly this serum took 10 years of my face:))

i use this serum during warm weather and it is great. I have normal/dry skin and this product does not clog your pores or leave your face oily.

I bought this hoping it would brighten my complexion and help fade some post acnes scars, but no luck. It goes on smooth and is a good base after cleansing and toning as part of a routine, and smooths the skin, but beyond that no other noticeable benefits for me.
I only have about half of a bottle left and after it is finished will not buy again. I wouldn't recommend to anyone seeking the benefits indicated other than smoothing the skin in prep for moisturizer or makeup.
Also, it doesn't smell that great going on!

this is a nice light serum that does not interfere with the rest of my routine. goes on easy, absorbs quickly.
