Loved finding glossy business card.Sep 28, 2002
The front of the card prints great, looks as good as professionaly printed cards. Only problem I had was that you can't print on the other side. It would be great to be able to put something on the other side, but the back is coated. Other than that I would highly recommend them, I used with my Epson 1280.

print on either sideJun 19, 2004
i really like these cards. the only ones I have found for the inkjet printer with edge-to-edge capability. i want to respond to the reviewer who said you can only print to one side. in fact, you can print to both sides. one side is matte and one is glossy. is started off using the glossy side but now prefer the matte.

8373 Works GreatSep 09, 2007

I've been using the Avery Print to the Edge Ink Jet Business Cards 8373 product for years with great results. I think Amazon must be mixing up reviews for different Avery products here. With the 8373, you ***can*** print on both sides. The front sides are glossy photo quality, the back sides are regular ink jet paper quality. The cards are perforated, which means the edges are not perfectly clean. But you can overprint the cards, so that after you separate the cards, the printing goes right up to the edge. I had to play around with the exact placement of the cards on the page to get it right for my printer - I couldn't just use the template that Avery supplies. I think every printer must be different.
Pros
Print to the edge
Glossy color on front
Print on back
Cons
A little flimsier than professionally made cards
Must tweak page placement to get it right
Edges not perfectly clean (but close)

Avery glossy business cards # 8373Mar 28, 2005

Have wasted almost an entire pack trying to print on my HP Deskjet 3520. HP said the roller isn't accurate in feeding due to the glossy side and there was not a fix yet. Other than to try and feed manually thru printer. Even tho I tweaked software in every program I used;they simply didn't work for me. Think I'll avoid the glossy stuff.

Photo qualityJan 24, 2010
By K231 These print beautifully. They're a little expensive, but very professional looking. If your card has color graphics, these shine! If it doesn't, then you should rethink your design. Your business card is no place to economize, because often it's the only impression a future customer has of you. Stand out!
