A great can for the gymNov 13, 2007
By gym rat Bally Total Fitness Energy Drink has hit the spot for me. I've tried many of these similar sugar-free "peppy" drinks. What I love about the Bally Blast is that it has important (B & C) vitamins and did not make me feel jumpy - but definitely focused. I do recommend it also because it is not too sweet. I actually wish they would make a bigger can of it - I guzzled 2 cans over 2 hours - but worked out hard and did some challenging cardio. This is the first Bally product I have tried.
