This cereal is so delicious, and I love that I can eat it without feeling too bad about the nutritional quality. While there are healthier cereals out there, I love that this one makes me feel like I am cheating with some sugary fluffy cereal, and yet the nutritional profile is still pretty decent. I definitely recommend it! Oh, and of the flavors I have tried, peanut butter is the absolute best. I won't buy any of the other flavors anymore because the peanut butter just hits the spot so well.

The Peanut Butter Puffins are really delicious, I agree with the reviews out there that they taste great. Peanut Buttery with a hint of wheat taste. I add a handful of nuts once in a while.
One gripe I have was that out of the 4 boxes ordered they were a little inconsistent in terms of taste and texture. Some boxes taste more peanut buttery than others and some boxes are fluffier than other boxes. I may have just gotten a bad batch but one of my boxes had really dense Puffins (not sure if this is normal this was my 1st time eating these. it had the consistency of a stale crouton)

A couple of years ago Barbara halted production of the Peanut Butter flavor Puffin.
I fell into a medium-deep depression (possibly withdrawal symptoms), sensing that my reason for rising was gone, impossible to replace.
To my relief, the company saw the error of its way, and it was back, albeit, sporting new packaging, and what seems to be a variable, Ounces per Box concept, (I have seen 11 and 15oz boxes.)
The ONLY complaint I can register with this wonderful product is, of course, the intensity of the peanut butter flavor has dimminished quite noticeably. This is NOT GOOD. I would love to taste the taste, once again.
Please bring back the peanut butter... go a little stronger.
Otherwise, this is the finest breakfast cereal money can buy. Thank you, Barbara!

bowl with B's PB P C, and moisturize with Organic Vanilla Soy Milk or
Vanilla Rice Dream. Mmmmmmmmm, crunch.

When I buy these, I have to HIDE them from the rest of my family because if I don't, a box will be gone by the end of the day - 10 servings and all. Sometimes, I have to hide them from myself since it's just not possible to eat a serving at a time... I keep going back for more (I just finished off a box; off to buy more!). Peanut butter puffins have great nutritionals AND taste delicious. Even though the cinnamon variety packs in more fiber, I would pick the peanut butter flavor any day!

Did they change the recipe? It would have been 4-5 stars but I think they messed with the recipe and made them healthier. Seems like less sodium and less sugar(which is good but they now taste like cardboard with peanut butter on it.) Trying to deal with the new taste but I'm not sure I can. Disappointing...also, the pieces are smaller which is fine by me. If only they tasted good, WHY BARBARA WHY!?
