These brownies are fabulous! Easy to make and even easier to eat. Ina G., please make more mixes for us Mom's who find them quicker then all the measuring and fuss of from scratch.

These brownies have intense chocolate flavor (you get a bag of chocolate cube and a bag of mix per box). The mix has its own chocolate chips for more chocolate flavor. Add 2 eggs and a stick of butter and you'll have a strong brownie. You'll need a glass of milk to wash it down ;-) On the expensive side, but quick and worth it if you don't want make it from scratch.
Would buy again.

These brownies are delicious. They are easy to make and come out very fudgy if you follow the baking instructions and do not over bake. The only issue that I have with them is that they have a crust on the top after cooling that breaks off when cutting, so when they are cut, they are not attractive. I emailed the company about this, and they agreed that there is a crust. I would have given them 5 stars otherwise. They do taste incredible.

I have used this product many times.. Its a great brownie mix, and if I were to go buy the Cocoa, Chocolate chips, Bakers Chocolate... I would be spending about the same.. This price online is very good, the only place I know that sells this mix retail is the Fresh Market.. and its 9.99 a box! I am in a State where MM is legal.. This is the only mix that calls for unsalted butter... Which is what you use when you are making Medical Brownies.. People who do use that form of medicine find it easier for them to use this mix where you blend the chocolate chunks with the butter in the microwave, much easier then melting all that crap together in a double boiler... Since you are using melted butter.. I have Kitchen aid, so I don't have to deal with how the butter will start to set.. versus using a hand mixer.. If you are using a hand mixer I would recommend not waiting for the chocolate and butter to cool off too much(the mix calls for you to let it cool) because it will make that batter start to get very thick.. So you better have your pan ready to pour the batter in with a spatula because it makes a thick batter! I also line my pan with a piece of non stick Reynolds wrap.. so when the brownies are done, I just let them cool and pull the foil up! They don't stick at all to that type of foil.. I make them 8x8 so they are thick and chunky.. I cut them on a cutting board.. I don't have problems when they are cut this way.. Then I store them in zip locks.. I have no pans to wash and very clean cut brownies that are out of this world!!!

This is the ONLY box brownie I will eat. It is so delicious, moist and fudgy. It has a deep, rich chocolate flavor since it uses 3 different forms of chocolate. Soooooo good!!!
