This is my favorite muffin mix, and great for Sunday mornings - and for company. You can substitute a small single serving applesauce for the oil and use half water and whole milk with great results.

I love the Cinnamon Streusel Muffin mix! You can make muffins, scones or coffee cake with the mix! It bakes easily. It is just yummy!

I thought this was great but it just wasn't as competitively priced as I would have hoped for buying a case from Amazon. So delicious, though. When I make it for people, they can't believe it's a mix.

The product is very good and tasty. The only complaint I would have is the it does not come with any icing for the muffins. I had bought the product in a 3-pack box size and it came with a squeeze on icing that really enhanced the taste.
