We got this from Amazon, excellent packing.
Added Ener-G Egg replacer - and came out excellent, Kids love it
Also added fruits.
A must have for every one.
This is also available in Wegmans - Natural isle, but more expensive.

Hard to believe this is a whole grain mix. The pancakes are awesome, low cal, healthy and very filling. I use coconut oil (liquified in microwave) and egg whites instead of canola oil and egg to make them even healthier. Will definitely buy this mix from now on.

For years I have been buying Hodgsen Mills Pancake and Waffle Mix...... I decided to try Bob's Red Mill and I LOVE IT!!! I wish I had tried it sooner. I received this yesterday and this morning I made them for my husband and myself. First thing he asked was, "What did you do different to these"? They're Grrrreat! LOL I explained that this was Bob's Red Mill Brand, and after tasting them I will be buying ONLY these from now on. They're whole grain, and Organic, and if you haven't tried them, do a switch, and see if you and your family don't love it.

Yummy and healthy -- a win-win combination!May 14, 2010
One would barely suspect this pancake & waffle mix has 7 grains and is so healthy. My whole family loves it, and I feel no guilt whatsoever when I fix pancakes or waffles. Amazingly, the waffles are still light and fluffy, even with all the fiber. I recommend it highly!
