best granola everDec 05, 2006
By Sonyo This is hands-down my all-time favorite granola. It's not too sweet, has the crunch from the nuts, and goes extremely well with yoghurt and other foods. I don't need any additional sweetener added in, it fills me up at breakfast, and I feel like I've had a healthy meal. I sincerely hope Amazon is able to carry it again, because I would have to drive 2 hrs to buy it, and Amazon has the best price around!!!

Great taste, great value, great nutritionSep 29, 2007
By K. Draper I received my shipment of six boxes of "Breadshop Granola" in about a week, and was not charged any shipping. It was fresh: "use by" date of Jan 2008. The packaging is different from the picture: it now comes in a box, and it is now distributed by Arrowhead Mills. But the ingredients are the same.
Unlike the old Neil Diamond song (lol), this granola is not terribly sweet or crunchy. It's plenty sweet for me, and I like the texture, too. I also like stocking up a bit so that I don't run out as quickly. I will continue to buy these great cereals offered by Amazon. Recommended.

please, pleaseApr 18, 2011
By Sharon Olson I have not bought this from Amazon, but from various stores where I used to live. Where I live now I have to drive forty miles to purchase, and I DO this when I have a chance. I am very picky when it comes to granolas, Honey Gone Nuts is simply the best there is. As other reviewers have said, it is not too sweet, the ingredients are fresh, I'm really hooked. I'm really hoping Amazon will carry this again--and not 25 pounds at a time, too much for me to handle!! I should say that I started eating granola for breakfast in the early 1970s. The brand I used to eat was made by Lassen Foods in Paradise (!) California. After many years the production facility burned down and the owner retired...Honey Gone Nuts for me became its worthy successor. So what do you say, Amazon, please make my day!
Still the best granolaAug 02, 2010
By Mark Cashion I found Breadshops Gone Nuts Granola in a health food store in the 1990's, and was astounded by its even quality, flavor, and balance of sweet and tart, nuts, seeds. It was sweetened with fruit juices, and the doneness was always just right. Unfortunately, Gone Nuts is no longer available, maybe it was the offbeat name, maybe it wasn't well known enough to survive. But so far, its sister Honey Gone Nuts has survived, and is second best, with the same high quality, still better than all the more expensive and well known granolas in my opinion.
