Very tasty pancakes, I have tried the blueberry and the apple cinnamon, and both were delish!
Edit to add: We've now eaten all three bags of pancake mix, and all were excellent. One tip to others - just follow the basic recipe, not the one with the egg and additional components. When you JUST add water to the mix and let it rest awhile it's an excellent and fluffy pancake.
