These little containers hold a healthy 2 servings under 400 calories so if your on a 1500 calorie diet then this is great for lunch and its filling.

This Campbell's soup has a really good flavor, and a good level of spices, giving it both a great flavoe & aroma. This is ideal for those times at the office when there is no time to get out for lunch, and you want something hot. These are pretty easy on the diet as well. I didn't find this flavor in my local grocery store, so Amazon again made my life easier.

This is the best soup ever! I love it. Thanks to this soup, and other delicious Campbell's soups, I've managed to lose 25 lbs. These soups are the best. You can get them cheaper at Target, but I have them shipped to work, so there is no hassle in commuting with soup.
