The best ones I have foundOct 21, 2008
By Nicole S. Urdang I had bought the Reese artichoke hearts from Amazon on a couple of occasions and they were uneven quality-wise.
These are far better. No stringy bits, no thick leaves too chewy to be delectable, and no dented cans.
The only caveat, if this could be a problem for you, is that these are small, quartered pieces.
As I usually cut them, this saves me a step, but if you want them whole be forewarned.

This is an excellent value for the quartered artichokes. They are yummy and we add it to soups, stews, pastas...

Cento Spells QualityAug 06, 2011
By John ChiTown Cento still maintains its perfect record in my kitchen. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their products and these quartered artichoke hearts are no exception. They are medium size quartered chokes - just right for almost all recipes. They are packed tightly in the can so you get what you pay for.
The sections are tender but not mushy - no tough outer leaves either and not over salty - just the clean natural taste you would expect.
With subscription pricing you can't beat the price.

Much better than the other brand I bought.Mar 30, 2011
By JJ I was getting the Roland quartered A H's for a while but decided to switch to these. They really are MUCH better. I haven't found any brown pieces or tough leaves--something that is in EVERY can of other brands I've tried. They taste better too. Great in salads, pizza, pasta dishes, spinach casseroles, etc.

Quality very good and tasty!Oct 19, 2011
By H. Shaver I would really like to have the knowledge to prepare fresh artichokes, but I do not. However CENTRO provides a good alternative. I use the product as a side in meals but mostly as a additive to salads with black olives. The salt content is low and respectable. I someimes just pick a small bowl for an apppertizer!
