Cetaphil Cleansing BarJun 28, 2010 My kids have eczema. I was walking around Walmart looking at soap section. A woman saw my kids and told me to use Cetaphil soap/body wash followed by Cetaphil cream. My kids are 9 and 10. I ask them how their skin felt. The 9 year old said her skin felt softer and smoother. The 10 years shares the same opinion. I felt there skin was softer too.

Expensive, but it works for me!May 27, 2010 If you have sensitive skin that requires the use of something other than soaps that contain harsh detergents(which most do!) Cetaphil Cleansing Bars is worth the investment. I personal find this product a bit pricey. But, there are ways to save on cost if you do your homework! I started using this product over ten years ago with no complaint other than the cost! Give Cetaphil Cleansing Bar a try. You be the judge! Every inch of my skin is as I said earlier, is worth the investment!

What a waste!!!Jan 14, 2010 Didn't do squat for me. Read the ingredients. Has the same chemicals that most soap has that dries your skin which is what you're trying to avoid. Also, in the enclosed literature, the manufacturer states that with prolonged use the bacteria on your body will become immune to the anti-bacteria ingredients of the product. What a big money ripoff.

Better then regular CetaphilNov 29, 2009 A doctor recommended Cetaphil because of a condition with my oil glands that caused my skin to break out. I found that the Antibacterial Cetaphil works better then the regular Cetaphil for clearing out my skin infections. Resent research shows you have to scrup for at least 10 seconds to clean the bacteria out of the skin. This is also good because it does not dry out your skin like regular antibacterial soaps. It does dry out my feet and I do need to put extra oil on them. It is nice at my age (58) to use a gentle soap that will not damage the skin. I like the way I can rinse until my skin is just where I want it, not to much oil and not to dry. This product is well worth the price and seems to last longer then the cheaper bars of soap.
