This will suffice for lunch if you have nothing else. It's watery with very little cheese taste. It will get you through lunch but that's not saying much.

who doesnt love chef boyardee. i send this to my niece everymonth, the recurring shipments are great. thank you for helping me kept her fed at college.

This Mac & Cheese isn't the best tasting that I've ever had.
But it isn't the worst that I've ever had, either.
Adding pepper to it can help improve the taste, or at least, mask it somewhat.
I do not recommend adding salt to this product. It's already loaded with sodium.
According to the nutritional label, it has 750mg of sodium per 248g serving.
Each bowl is 404g in weight, or 1.629 servings, making total sodium per bowl over 1,200mg.
As far as price goes, it isn't bad. If you buy the 12-pack, you're looking at a little less than two bucks each.

I tried these and was not really satisfied with the taste. The texture and consistency were fine, but the taste is bland and a bit 'off' in a way I can't really define.
