I first tried the regular Coffee-Mate French Vanilla and loved it, but my doc said I needed to cut down on the fat in my diet. So I went with the Fat Free, and honestly, the only difference I noticed between the regular and fat free was that the fat free is less sweet, which is a good thing in my book, as the regular is almost too sweet.
You don't need to add any sugar to your coffee or tea when you use this flavored Coffee Mate.
