I love a little ground bay on red meat of various kinds; this is quite a lot of bay, and assuming I store it well, will last me a couple years.
If you're not used to cooking with ground bay, I wouldn't buy this - buy a smaller container to try it. It's got good flavor and is well packaged, so if you are, like me, having troubles finding -ground- bay in your community, and you already know you like it, this is a good bet.
