PACKAGED WELL IN LARGE REUSABLE PLASIC CONTAINERS- WELL SEALED. I USE CELERY SEE ALOT IN SOUPS FOR FAMILY MEMBERS WHO DONT LIKE EATING CELERY. THE FLAVOR IS GREAT...NOT TOO STRONG AND GOES WELL IN ANY TUNA/CHICKEN SALAD I HAVE MADE. CELERY SEED IS HEALTHFUL ALSO.
