And I don't allow Koolaid in my home because of all the sugar. This is a great alternative for me and the kids. They get their fruit, sweet taste and water, and so do I. I am picky about just drinking water, so the flavors help a lot, and at 5 calories you can't lose! Fruit Punch is by far my favorite flavor, it is really good. This really helps in my fight against pop!

This product tastes great, and gives me that "sweet" flavor I crave in sodas, without the extra calories. I drink a lot of water every day, and this helps take the bordom out of drinking regular water. Works great in my lunch and dinner water, keeps me away from that sweet craving that gets me in trouble ! Is a little sweet for 16 ounces, I like one package for 24 ounces seems to be perfect.

I simply adore the flavour of this product. Though the aspartame sometimes upsets my tummy, the flavour is wonderful. I tend to use 20-24 ounces of water, instead of the package suggested 16.9, but I prefer I the lighter flavours.
Also quite good when mixed with Sprite or Sprite Zero ... 2 cans per packet, you just can't shake as much.

My dentist told me to stop sipping carbonated diet soda all day because the carbonation was hard on my teeth (who knew?), so I've switched to drink mixes. I use this, frequently mixed with the pomegranate variety in a large jug, and I'm good to go. I also frequently mix one of these with the new K2O pink lemonade with protein & fiber since weight loss is always an issue, and this definitely perks up the somewhat bland pink lemonade. I'm on subscribe & save which makes this a real bargain.
