Dark green and bitter. Not sure what I'm going to do with two liter of it now. I tried using it for cooking and it ruined everything I put it in. It sure is bitter.

Dal Raccolto Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 34-Ounce Jars (Pack of 2)
this is the absolute best olive oil - I first tasted it in a restaurant and could not leave with asking the owner what the name of it was. It was not so easy to find - But I found it on Amazon. Now my entire family is hooked and my 95 year old mom, who still cooks, won't use any other olive oil.
