This product is great for using in any lasagna - even those who are not gluten-free cannot tell the difference between this and normal pasta. The only drawback here is that it does take it about 45 minutes or longer to cook fully in the oven. I usually boil mine for a little bit to cut down on the cooking time in the oven. This pasta is really great about not falling apart while cooking or handling which is a huge plus. Love it - a must have for the gluten-free!

I buy this lasagna by the case from Amazon, and with free shipping it's a deal. I don't precook the pasta, I just lay it in the dish along with the rest of the ingredients and it comes out perfectly.
I guess it's to be expected, but there is always some breakage of the noodle in the box, so I have to piece together a number of smaller pieces at the end, but it still comes out nicely. Having lived without lasagna for about 10 years, (it's hard to find gluten free lasagna noodles in grocery stores near me), this has been a real treat for me. I now get an auto-shipped case every three months and the price and convenience can't be beat.

I'm making lasagna much more often now that I've discovered this great product! Not having to precook the noodles is a huge time saver, so it's become one of my new easy to fix meals. It goes together quickly, then pop it in the oven for 45 minutes and it's done. Going through a case from Amazon is not a problem at all, and as soon as they offer it again with free shipping, I'll be buying more! I never have liked the taste of whole wheat pasta, and this whole grain rice pasta tastes so much better. We like the taste better if I greatly decrease or omit the salt that I used to add to my lasagna recipe.

My daughter is gluten free, but our entire family likes this pasta. My husband claims it is not as heavy feeling as some pasta is. Even my picky teenager likes it. The fact that you don't have to boil it is a plus. The first two times I used it, I was worried that it would not cook through, but that was not an issue at all. You can't go wrong with this product.

Having developed a wheat allergy, I have really been missing lasagna and other pastas - always on the search for something that tastes even remotely "normal", I am pleased to say this is great! Recommend!
