The best is to get these direct from Jeanette, PA. I love DeLallo products, especially the pesto. Some sellers do not take care of the more delicate products like the pizzelle and lady fingers. I have had bad experiences as well when buying from 3rd parties, but these are some of the highest quality products in their price range.
Locally Horrocks Farm Market outside Lansing, MI has a good selection. Hopefully Amazon will begin direct shipping more of DeLallo's products, but if you are ever in the area this is a must stop. I wouldn't be surprised to see it on cable tv show soon.

I was so excited to find these unique cookies offered on Amazon. I quickly ordered them. When they arrived, they were all broken up and a bit stale. I gave Amazon a call and they immediately shipped me another case at no charge(good customer service). When the second case arrived, it was almost as bad as the first-but not quite. My family loves Pizzelles, but won't be able to order them from this site.
