out of six packs all of them were smashed, contacted company to see about replacement of product, and they have not bothered to make it right. will not order this product again.

Unlike the previous two reviewers, I received my carton with no smashed cookies; all were intact. The box was well padded and the carrier was FedEx, not UPS. My local grocery stores no longer carry these, so I will be ordering more. This brand is so good.

These are great tasting cookies, but UPS smashed these cookies into crumbs. I had to eat most of these with a spoon. :-(
