This is another sinfully good dessert. I topped with whipped cream
and fresh raspberries. It would be easier to do the carmelizing if you had the regular cooking torch, but despite that, it will come out fine.

I thought I was just getting 3 packs of Creme Brule mix, but I got the mix and the ramikens. So I now have 12 more ramikens (I already had 4). The product is great and the ramikens are useful for so many things. I plan to make individual cheese souffles in them.
