Now I'm not much of a cook ,more of a weekend hobbyist at cooking ,but this kit was so easy and delicious you'd think I was . the only thing you had to add was cream and milk and a few minutes stirring couldn't be much easier.

I bought this set for the torch and it works great. A little tricky to figure out at 1st, but it has nice safety features. The creme brule is good too. Be aware that you must buy butane separately.

I bought this for a dinner party I was planning and it turned out great. the flavor was great and very easy to do. will purchase more of the mix for creme brulee!
