i buy this product and similar products from a pet store. i pay 6.99-7.99 a bag. i purchased six bags from amazon.com for 19.10-i am saving a lot of money and my pet is a happy dog.

I just rescued a gorgeous basenji-cross 30-lb adult dog. And for a rescue, she has some pickiness about what she eats! But these, oh my gosh she gobbles these breathies in record time. But the thing I've noticed is we'll be sitting together on the couch and all of a sudden I get the smell of peppermint... and I'm not sitting in front of her mouth... if you catch my drift. There could be worse smells, so I vote for mint!

I order these regularly for my 2 dogs, a 65-lb lab-ish dog and a 13-lb mini labradoodle. They are both very picky, especially my labradoodle puppy, who has refused treats such as any sort of biscuit and on occasion a meaty treat such as Blue bits. They never refuse these. The other treat they never refuse is the Blue brand jerky, which comes in 3 different flavors, but is more expensive ($8.99 for a 6 oz bag and not available on Amazon).

My dog loves these! I've tried smelling her breath, but she doesn't go for that sort of behavior on my part. Regardless, she thinks they are very yummy!
