I bought this ginger about three weeks ago and have been using it since. It tastes very fresh and hot. I drink it in water or tea to prevent my muscles from getting sore from my weight lifting. Taking ginger, I am able to exercise more often without soreness. As well, I generally enjoy genger in my tea because it's tasty.
