This is a good tasting powder for the money you pay. It's one of the best deals on Amazon for onion powder to be sure. The powder itself carries very little in the way of onion aroma, but more importantly tastes much better with a sample on your tongue, and in your recipes. I have never tasted any real difference between a pure talc like powder like this is, and a granulated one that a lot of people seem to prefer. Granulated sometimes costs a little more, so I would advise you to make sure that's what you want before ordering this brand. It's certainly not the best I have ever had, but a good powder at a very reasonable price here on Amazon, and well worth it for your kitchen in my opinion...Recommended

I bought this product thinking that the onion powder is a granulated powder, but it is actually a fine powder, which I usually don't use while cooking. This is a very good product if you are looking for a fine powder, but not if you are looking for a granulated powder. It has good flavor, and I have used it in cooking, but it isn't so great to sprinkle on pizzas and pasta.
