Love this product!Jun 22, 2010

I really love this product, it saves me so much time with prep in my cooking, it is very flavorful, it is organic, and Eden foods is one of the only companies out there that sell SAFE canned products. By that I mean the cans are BPA free and have been for a long time. Thanks for being ahead of the game on food safety and wholesomeness Eden! I will continue to buy this product.

Tasty tomato offering by EdenDec 13, 2009
By Claxon,Bill this has less salt than muir (5mg)as opposed to (15mg) and the flavor is enhanced with roasted onions and garlic. It also seems less acidic to my taste.About the can linings and the alarm posted for canned tomatoes, I cannot verify. My advice is never leave any leftovers stored in an opened can.Place excess in resealable storage bag.

NOT BPA FREE !!Mar 20, 2012
By FiresHeart Eden organics can foods are mostly BPA free EXCEPT ALL thier can tomato products. The previous review is INCORRECT. The tomatoes taste okay but I do not approve of can products with BPA linings thus the 3 star rating. I recommend buying fresh and cooking them down or if time is short.....POMI brand diced or strained in box or any brands in glass jars. I did hear that Muir Glen was eliminating BPA and opting for a copper type lining but a recent purchase shot that right down. Companies should not be able to use the organic label with a can lined with BPA !!
