Great to have on the shelf for bread anytime.Dec 12, 2006
By donalyn Okay, not the best tasting bread, but it's convenient and shelf-stable. I keep a few loaves for backup and in case of emergencies. Must be toasted.

It makes yummy toast!Feb 25, 2007

"Food Allergy Mom"
Ener-G tapioca bread makes wonderful toast. I'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between it and regular white bread toasted. Ener-G company is very allergy aware. We deal with severe multiple food allergies at our home to milk, egg, peanut, and sesame and gluten intolerance. The bread is OK right out of the bag, but toasted it is really good.

Gluten Free and Low CarbNov 16, 2008
By C. Harr I am on a strict low carb, gluten free diet and this is one of the very few breads that meet both those criteria. It's great to be able to eat sandwiches again. I prefer it toasted vs the microwave.

Ener-G breadsAug 29, 2007
By L. Schopp My son is allergic to wheat and eggs so we use a lot of Ener-G Foods. This bread is one of the best if you're looking for something that little ones will like to make PB&J or grilled cheese sandwiches out of.
