Not for capped teeth!Mar 19, 2007
By Christel Block Extremely hard-not our favorite. We have always been pleased with Ener-G foods, but this was a bitter disappointment.

Chewy and a little flavorlessJul 16, 2007
By Joanne Macek It's not easy having a young child with multiple food allergies. The up side to these pizza shells is that I can make him a pizza. The downside is they're a bit chewy and don't have the best flavor. I didn't expect much since they're gluten/dairy/egg/yeast free, so I was pleasantly surprised. Be careful not to overcook, they do get REALLY crispy.

Not as good as, they use to be.Aug 23, 2009
By Lisa D. Segale
Last year we ordered this item, not in bulk, directly from Ener-G-foods, and they were great. Last year they arrived frozen, this time they arrived defrosted and not packed as well. The taste was bland and the texture was not as light and crispy.
Another life saverAug 06, 2011
By J. Churchill Our son has multiple food intolerances. The only grain he tolerates is rice and these pizza crusts are perfect to make a "breakfast" pizza but adding some olive oil, sugar and cinnamon. I also make a dinner pizza where we put salt on it. He loves them.
EXCELLENT!Dec 14, 2010
By Walter Bishop Being gluten free you shouldn't expect items made from rice flour to taste the same as those made from wheat flour. That being said, these pizza shells are excellent. It's so great to be able to eat pizza again. I've been eating a pizza every day since I received them. This is my first exposure to Ener-G foods and I am very impressed. After amazon warehouse deals sent me some moldy and fermented shells, the staff at Ener-G sent me a replacement at no cost. They were overwhelmingly friendly and professional. Highly Recommend!!! Just don't expect it to taste like pizza made from wheat.
