Problem #1: The description says 5.3 ounce box in a pack of twelve. My order came with only one 5.3 box. When I asked Amazon customer service they sent me yet another 5.3 ounce box. I'd need to ask them ten more times to get the pack of twelve! Must be a system problem.
Problem #2: The first box was exceptionally dry and stale. As biscotti is normally dry I thought nothing of it. However, when the second box arrived I opened it to discover a hole in the plastic bag inside. These biscotti were dry because they were exposed to air! Buying the individually wrapped biscotti provides much more fresh tasting biscotti.
