Based on some reviews on Amazon, I decided to try the Everyday Rub. It is spectacular. I've never used a rub with such an intense aroma and flavor. I'm throwing out all my other pre-packaged rubs and sticking with the Fire and Flavor rubs. I've occasionally done my own rub mixtures, and I still think this is better. Paprika/chili flavors seem to dominate.
This is a very finely ground rub (unlike the Asian rub), so it sticks well as a coating for grilled meat. I tried it with grilled pork tenderloin - brush tenderloin with olive oil, then sprinkle and pat on this rub. Let the meat sit for 10 minutes or so while the grill is heating.

Great all-purpose seasoningJul 14, 2009
By N. Andrews This is supposed to be a grilling rub, but I use it for almost everything. It's a superb seasoning for empanadas, vegetables, salsas, and dressings. When I run out, it's a cooking disaster in my kitchen!
