Great artichoke quarters, not to salty, not mushy. I add them to salads, pasta with olive oil, butter, tomato sauce, stir fried or baked veggies. Add them to couscous, tabouli, lentils, etc. Use them with hearts of palm in the same dished as the tastes and textures go well together.
