I love the flava puff cheeseballs, they have been the best substitute for the planters cheeseballs. The taste is so cheesy and the texture is very soft. I have purchased other cheeseball where the taste wasn't satisfactory and the texture was very rough, after a while you had to stop eating them because they damaged your mouth. In this case the Flava puff cheeseballs do not do that,you can carry on eating til the bucket is empty. We purchased 4 boxes to sell at a charity event and they sold out within the night.
The reason I only gave them 4 stars is because, the first lot that I ordered, 2 buckets were damaged and the cheese balls had fallen out and gone stale, but the second lot I ordered were all fine. This could've been a one time thing though. I think the buckets could stand to be a bit sturdier, but once you open it, you don't care about the bucket no more, you just want those delicious cheese balls.
Will continue to order these everytime

I've been waiting eight years for these; a Planter's Cheese Balls knock-off with a texture and taste as close to the original as you can get. I've tried several other brands over the last decade and nothing came close. I bought one tub of these Flava Puff things at my local drug store, took them home, and was hooked. Came here to Amazon about 30 minutes later and puchased a 12-pack. My kids are addicts now too. Thank you Mr. Flava Puff,.... Where ever you are.

The taste of the product is great, but the containers were covered in cheese ball remnants on the outside, and you really need to wash them off before handling. I'm not sure if this was an isolated case, but all twelve containers were greasy with crumbs stuck all over (there were NOT crumbs in the box itself, so its obvious this was from manufacturing / packing).

The package arrived with four of the twelve buckets smashed and cheese balls leaking out of the packaging. Quite a mess! The remaining buckets were okay and the product delicious.
