I've used this blend for bread, cookies, muffins, etc. The cookies do have just a tad of that gf graininess but taste great. Overall a good blend.

This baking mix is the best gluten free replacement I've tried for baking. Just remember to have your xanthan gum in stock as well. Happy Baking!

"Very Visual"
I follow the recipes that are included and everything has worked out well. I don't use the sugar in the ingredients and the recipes still hold up.
