great bags, shows future of USA lifestyle thoughSep 15, 2009
By Trurl I first bought these from Amazon in 2006, so I've used them a while. I have not had a failure with any bag, and I do tend to stuff them rather full -- just carefull with sharp contents.
But, if you look at the pix Amazon shows, it distinctly sez 45 bags per box. So, just like everything else makers are stuffing less in the box and hoping nobody notices. This is compounding inflation, since the price has also gone up ~14% in 3 years...

great bags for household useJul 13, 2011
By Judy T Fritts Switched to these bags instead of the cheap store brand, and my husband loves them. There is such a difference in quality, and the price is right, too.

What more could a person want in a garbage bag?Sep 02, 2008
By Phlogiston With garbage bags, one has few options. The variables are:
1) Strength 2) Size 3) Method used for tying the top
I haven't had any breakage with this bag and the size is more than adequate for my purposes. I've tried drawstrings, and they have a tendency to break. I also remember using the old ones that needed twist-ties. Those were horrible and tended to come undone. These bags use flaps to tie the top. This allows one to double secure it and they are far easier than twist-ties and far sturdier than either draw-strings or twist-ties.
The bags are large enough to be general garbage bags and small enough to allow them to be used as large kitchen-bags.
Ergo, these are my bags of choice.
Great price for the productMay 10, 2012
By Cat Fish Glad products have always been great. This is a great price, and will last me a long time. The only thing I would like better is drawstrings. But I'm not complaining.
Loved this productApr 13, 2012
By Reviewer these bags lasted about 6 months or more have to look at the date of purchase. It was so nice to not have to run out of trash bags.
