Gloria Jean's Coffees Black Gold Extra Bold: Good but not great, for my taste. This one is a little too smokey for me. Best enjoyed if you like an Espresso-type coffee.

Since getting our Keurig coffee brewer, 2 years ago, I've tried a large varity of K-Cups. In that time there're 4 varities that I enjoy, Gloria Jean's Black Gold is one of them. Its bold enough that its flavor stands up to cream,and there is'nt any bitterness or aftertaste. Its easier to face the day after a good cup of coffee and Black Gold makes it Golden.

I bought this blend for the wife who loves Starbucks when we're out but finds these K-Cup blends a bit strong. Go figure. She liked it, just as I had hoped. I on the other hand found it to be a little light. It is good coffee and the price is right.

After trying numerous K-cups and being disappointed with the flavors and boldness, I decided to give this one a shot. I love bold coffee and when I purchased the Keurig coffee maker I was concerned about the coffee being too weak. I make this on the 6 oz. quantity setting and this coffee is great! This is the best bold K-cup I have tried so far and would recommend to fellow bold coffee lovers. The 8 oz. setting also tastes very good and the coffee does have a very nice flavor.

One of the extra bolds that I tried looking for that "just right to my taste" cup of Joe. I found this coffee full bodied but had that burnt bean taste that makes Starbucks one of my never go to places. If you like Starbucks coffee you may like this blend but for me I won't be ordering it agin
