Don't waste your money.Sep 20, 2009 I was thrilled when I found these in the store and opened the box as soon as I got home to sample them. I then threw them out. They are nasty in my opinion. Way too crunchy and dry.
Not badSep 17, 2009 These are actually not bad; however, it does not provide that regular "crunch" that one might look for in croutons.
Great crouton substitute, but very very crunchyJan 07, 2008 Salads just aren't the same for me without some crunch. To achieve some variety, I rotate between using Corn Tortilla strips and these croutons. The croutons taste good and are a pretty close substitute for the real thing.
The only problem I've had with this specific brand is that the croutons are extremely crunchy, almost to the point that they sometimes remind me of eating grape nuts.
Overall I'd purchase them again, as they are about as good as I can get without going to wheat/flour based options.
one of a kind in the gluten free worldJun 08, 2007 These are nice when I don't have time to make my own.
