Love this product! The pumpkin flavor is subtle but satisfying. I like to add chopped pecans and toffee pieces to the pancakes. Buttermilk works best.

I have been happy with Carbon's regular mix for belgian waffles and tried this as we like pumpkin. The waffles seemed a little heavier than the plain flavored, but tasted delicious. The amount of pumpkin and spices was perfect. We will definately be ordering this on a regular basis.

I only buy Carbon's flour for my waffle iron. They produce the most consistent waffles, light and fluffy. I make almost everything from scratch but I have to be honest, these are better than anything I've whipped up. I do add a bit more butter to the standard recipe and a dash of vanilla intensifies all the flavors. This is an exceptional product, everyone love them.
