Love the idea of sodium free, and couldn't tell a difference from my old baking powder in effectiveness. Didn't use it up before the recommended date but I'll probably keep using it after testing for "activeness."

I love this product. It works just like the sodium baking powder but allows me to bake for my husband's low sodium diet.
It works well tsp for tsp in recipes do not need to dbl the amount and have not had a problem adding it to recipes as normal though my mother has found adding to recipes at the end helps for her.
