Best Paper EverJan 04, 2011
By Preston Smith For five years I've looked for a source to be able to buy this quality of paper and have found it. This is the brightest, heaviest-weight paper that the average business owner can buy. It is really outstanding quality.

beautiful paperApr 23, 2012
By mraz This is great paper. It is incredibly nice to handle, print with, tear up, write on, etc. It is thick, completely opaque, and slightly glossy. When I first received the paper, I looked at a blank sheet and thought it might have been too glossy, but as soon as I printed with it I knocked that idea out of the window. The gloss is great, more of a gentle sheen, and only contributes to your printed documents. Great for business, printing school papers, or just daily use. I use it in a cheap color laser printer and it feeds more easily that the cheaper weight paper. I can even use a sharpie on it with minimal/no bleeding. Very impressed.
o.k. Decent thickness. Not very white.May 18, 2012
By Nick I previously used xerox 24lb 96 brightness paper and it is much whiter than the hammermill 32lb "100 brightness". I just picked up some staples 32lb unmarked brightness "white" paper to compare it to and I like the staples paper better.
Hammermill 32lb "100 brightness": Not very white. (both xerox 96 brightness and staples "white" 32lb paper are whiter) Decent weight. Feels almost as thick as the staples 32lb (i don't have calipers to measures, but the staples paper bends less and feels a tad thicker) and thicker than the xerox 24lb. Smooth surface. Its not glossy, but it feels smoother than the staples paper. similar to the xerox in smoothness
Personally, I'm going to use the staples paper even though its $17/300 sheets. I don't use much paper though and just enjoy writing notes on heavy-weight bright paper. The hammermill is good for the price.
Very PleasedJan 11, 2012
By victory I used this paper to print some of my Adobe InDesign layouts on for my portfolio. Nice graphics and text. I just love it! Nice and crisp paper.
Excellent paper for inkjet printers!Jan 08, 2012
By Edmund Young Usually copy paper is thin and dulls out any printing from an inkjet printer. However, Hammermill makes excellent copy paper that I am extremely pleased with. Using a Canon MX882 with Global Compatible ink cartridges, the results on the paper are very good. Excellent detail and no washed out colors. The paper is smooth on both sides and relatively thick so double sided printing doesn't bleed through very much (much better than most paper I've used). Highlighting also doesn't strip the ink away either, the ink stays on the paper. Colors are very good, no deep blacks but I think that is because of the ink and my settings that I'm using. You might have better print reproductions with the original canon ink cartridge. I have not tried printing a photo, but I think the paper will stand up pretty well for non-critical prints, but definitely use photo paper if you intend to do something nice. Overall I like this paper, Hammermill has always produced excellent paper products and this is no different. I would definitely purchase the paper again.
