"Been there Done that"
We own and operate a small restaurant. We sell a fish entrée featuring Mahi-Mahi. Occasionally a diner asks for tartar sauce. Formerly we kept a large jar of the sauce in the refrigerator; it did not keep well and we needed to throw it out before it was used up. With the 2 oz cups we can serve tartar sauce in an unopened container in a quantity that satisfies most folks; and they see it is a good quality product.
