The best wheat pasta availableAug 19, 2008

I've tried them all, and they all taste wretched except this one -- it actually tastes good! Keep in mind, though, that it does work better with a flavorful sauce -- not a mild alfredo.
Also, unlike the other reviewer, I've never had a problem with bugs, and I've been buying this stuff for years, during which time I've lived in NYC, Atlanta, and Chicago. No bugs in my pasta ever.

I can't say much more than the headline. This pasta cooked like normal pasta, and tasted like normal pasta. I cooked it for about 4 minutes, and served it in a light lemon/garlic sauce. Other than the color you would not know it was a healthy pasta. The texture and taste were wonderful. My wife agreed, so it's not just my opinion ;)

This is my favorite whole wheat pasta, it's organic, good for you, and tastes wonderful...this company has a great line of healthy foods...you gotta love it! Thanks Hodgson Mill.

I was leery about a whole grain pasta, but since I am pre diabetic, I have to eat wisely these days. Whole grain does not spike my blood sugar in the least. Suprised? So was I. Enjoyed the taste and texture of the Angel Hair Whole grain pasta and no blood sugar spike. This quality product gets my recommendation for a good meal and it is quick and easy to prepare too.
