My favorite!May 03, 2010 I like simplicity when it comes to food and I bought these because they have less ingredients than a lot of its competitors. These taste good and are great for a quick fix! Also, Amazon has the best price around.
For those of you looking for energy, energy here means calories, not a burst of energy. It's to replenish and keep you from crashing; it's not intended to make you feel like you are on speed!
it's honeyApr 05, 2010 honey and b vitamins, with a little caffeine here and there, what's not to like? A little on the thin and runny, sticky side (again - it's honey), makes me think I prefer GU gels to these, as those are thicker and for me easier to eat without the sticky mess. Also GU comes in many different flavors, while these all just taste like honey (even the "flavored" varieties).
Ingredients listed belowJan 12, 2010 You will receive a mixture of the following gels GOLD, STRAWBERRY, GINSENG, BANANA,and CHOCOLATE Honey Stinger Gels.
all of the gels include: Honey, pure water, kola nut extract, potassium citrate, malodextrin, Vitamins B3, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B1.
I'm writing this review because I was actually wondering what made these gels different from regular honey, and nobody else did.
They are good to take on a bike ride, but I've also used spread them on toast in the morning for a quick breakfast. The best part about this product is you don't have to refrigerate them, or have to worry about attracting ants. The packets are well sealed, and I haven't had any problems with storing them in my kitchen cabinets.

Would buy again.Aug 16, 2009 This gel tastes good and is easy to eat. It is less viscous than Cliff's gels, so it is easier to get it to your mouth from the package. The only problem is that the packets are a little difficult to open compared to Cliff's gel (at least while on a moving bike). All of the different flavors have a nice honey aftertaste.

Great Gel'sJul 13, 2009 These are pure honey gel's, so get them if you like honey flavor. I enjoy all flavors and these have become my preferred Gel packs. They are equally as good tasting as Clif Gels but they are pretty thin in consistency.
If you like honey & don't mind the thinner consistency these are your best bet. Otherwise I recommend the Clif gels.
